Summer Setup

This is my summer setup created today. At the time the picture was taken, the rail was off to the right.I spent about $100 dollars on the supplies which were:
Three 12'x4ft astro turf carpets purchased at Home Depot
One skateboarding ramp from Dick's Sporting Goods.

Since my sideyard is a hill, not much building was necessary, but if your yard is flat you need to build a drop in ramp. Many blue prints can be found online or can be purchased from several websites which provide the correct measurements and angles.

Summer Ski Training?

Hello, this is my first post on my new blog, Freestyle Skiing. I am just getting into the sport and I love it. Today I set up a summer setup with my friend in my backyard. I used Astro-turf and a metal pipe for the rail.I had a great time and I highly recommend anybody to do it. Just wet the astro turf with water and soap and have fun. I would really like to progress in the sport by next season and if anybody has any other tips about training, please respond.
